Postseason play begins in less than two weeks for the Jayettes.  The seedings and assignment have been released by the IGHSAU.  Perry had the worse record of anyone in their 6 team pod and received the six seed.  They will travel to Denison to play the three seed Denison-Schleswig.  The first round game will be Thursday, July 11 at 7P.  The winner will advance to the semifinal against Storm Lake on July 13.  Dallas Center-Grimes earned the one seed in the 4A bracket region 3.  They will await the winner of Bishop Heelan and Carroll.  The Regional Championship will take place on July 16.

The Jayettes still have still have three regular season games remaining.  They sit at 7-16 and return to action Monday with a trip to Pella.  First pitch started for 7:30P.

All postseason games for Perry will air on KDLS until they are eliminated.
