Arrest: Thoma, Andrew Richard Age 39 Adr/214 SW 2nd St. Ogden, IA. Charged with Driving under Suspension.

Arrest: Tiquiram, Manuel Roberto Age 38 Adr/1612 1⁄2 W 2nd St. Charged with Operating while Intoxicated 1st offense and Driving while Revoked.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
