On Monday the West Central Valley Wildcat softball team rained on the Madrid Tigers parade as they defeated the Tigers 9-8. The action would go into extra innings, as West Central Valley managed to tie the game in the bottom of the seventh at 8-8. Both teams would hold each other scoreless in the eighth, but Madrid would not be able to contain the Wildcats too long, as they would score in the bottom of the ninth to secure a 9-8 victory over the Tigers.
With last nights storms cancelling action for the Wildcats yesterday, West Central Valley hopes to host the East Union Eagles today if the weather allows it. The action will begin at 7PM.
