
Perry Softball broke a eight game losing skid Friday night. The offense erupted for 11 runs as they defeated Madrid 11-2. The Jayettes would launch two homeruns. Kanealy hit her first of the season and Bell hit her second. Everyone was hitting well as Perry had 17 hits as a team. Tunink picked up the win, pitching all seven innings, and striking out five.
The Jayettes improve to 6-15. They return to conference play tomorrow night in State Center. West Marshall is tied for the top spot in the Heart of Iowa Conference. First Pitch is scheduled for 7:30P.
