The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Softball team competed in the Kiwanis Tournament in Roland over the weekend, taking three of four games.

The Tigers battled in two games Friday, where they fell to the Bobcats of Benton, 1-0. ADM rebounded in the second game against Perry, where they shut the Bluejays out 10-0. The Tigers then played two more games on Saturday, defeating Nevada 13-1 and Solon 11-1. Over the tournament, ADM outscored their opponents 34-2 and have now won 16 games.

The Tigers are 16-7 overall on the season (8-2 inside the Raccoon River Conference) and will resume play tomorrow with a doubleheader in Urbandale, beginning at 5pm.
