The Dallas County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will be extending a teaching opportunity in Perry on Monday.
According to Dallas County ISU Extension Youth Outreach Educator Kathy Rottinghaus, the organization will be at Perry Elementary on Monday to offer guest speakers for Perry’s Academic Cultural and Enrichment Services.
Rottinghaus describes that Monday’s program is geared towards kindergarten and first grade students, then there will be a separate event held the following Monday on the 24th for second and third graders. She says the theme is “lots of lights” and mentions that ISU Extension will be at the school throughout the day for both programs.
