Stuart residents should be preparing to celebrate.

Tomorrow is the first day of Good Egg Days, and there are many fun events scheduled. Good Egg Days Committee Co Chair Shelby Renslow says that everything begins at 5pm, with the Egg-spress barrel rides and sign up for the Little Stinker/Little Stinkette Contest, then at 5:30pm there’s the Kiddie Parade line up, and the parade starts at 6pm. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio that there’s plenty of food and fun to be had as well.

“So we have a ton of food trucks. The food trucks for Friday will be there from 4-8pm, and there are some ones that you definitely don’t want to miss. There’s also a bags tournament downtown, the registration’s at Ruby’s for that. And then at 9pm is Ghost Riders, it’s a local band, so that’ll be really cool.”

Renslow mentions that the results from the Little Stinker/Little Stinkette Contest will be announced at 6:30pm, along with sign ups for the Baby Contest, and the kiddie water fights. She adds that at 7pm the Baby Contest will begin, and from 7:30-9pm there will be kids karaoke at the gazebo, and to finish the night off, there will be a pyrotechnics show once it’s dark.
