The AC/GC Chargers are hosting another set of varsity double headers tonight.

The teams are hosting the Pleasantville Trojans, and are looking to add to their win columns. Senior Andrew Mahaffey will most likely be the starting pitcher for the baseball team, with the two teams having met 9 times, and Pleasantville leading the series 8-1. The first game begins at 5pm, with the second to start at 7pm. The Chargers are currently 0-12, with the Trojans sitting at 9-7.

The softball team will most likely start Emerson Van Meter in the pitching position, with Jayla Hoover and Camdyn Richter to cycle in to assist. The Chargers and Trojans have met nine times, with Pleasantville leading the series 9-0. Head Coach Eric Van Meter has commented multiple times that this Trojans team continually and consistently does well, and will be a tough opponent. The Chargers are 7-6 on the season, with Pleasantville sporting a 10-5 record. The early game will begin at 5:30pm, with first pitch for the late game at 7:00pm.

The Raccoon Valley Radio Sports Network will be on site to broadcast the late game for the baseball team, with pregame coverage to begin at 6:30pm. The game can be heard on the KKRF2 online live stream.
