Dallas Center – Grimes boys and girls softball will be back in action tonight when they take on the Oskaloosa Indians in a doubleheader for both clubs. DCG girls softball comes in with a record of 13-3 and are winners of eight straight, with a 8-1 record in the month of June. DCG boys have also won eight straight and have put up one of the finest records in the state of Iowa with a 17-1 record.

The boys and girls have both been incredible in their offensive and pitching production, with both programs averaging more than seven runs per game while giving up less than three. That type of play has been major to both programs getting to their current records.

Both varsity doubleheaders will be play in Oskaloosa with having the exact same start times of 5:30 pm. DCG will be looking for more wins as both programs have been able to put up some tremendous months of June.
