After a phenomenal season out on the pitch as the Wildcat boys goalkeeper, Nate Gerling’s hard work was noticed by IAHSSCA as Gerling was selected as All State First Team Goalkeeper in Class 1A. Picked by a committee of member coaches in each class by position, Nate Gerling impressed the committee with an impressive 81 goals saved and a 90% save percentage in the 1346 minutes played. Gerling wasn’t only a reliable and sturdy brick wall guarding the goal, but was named by Coach Jon Boss as one of the teams best penalty kickers.

Gerling can proudly say that all his hard work paid off as he is selected as All State First Team Goalkeeper in Class 1A.
