The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow night.

The Council will hold three public hearings to sell three properties to Origin Homes. The properties include 504 and 506 North Vine Street and 600 West Lincoln Way for the proposed sell price of $500 per lot. The Council will consider approving those sales following the hearings. Next, the Council will consider for approval the contract for the pickleball court project, the 16th pay estimate for the Wastewater Treatment Plant improvement project, and a forgivable loan application for 104 and 106 North Wilson Avenue. 

Additionally, the Council will consider for approval hiring a new water superintendent and purchasing 1,500 recycling containers. Finally, there will be a requested hearing from Robert Gilmore and Nicole Townsley about a dog being deemed illegal.
