Perry softball took down Nevada Friday night, 10-0.  The Jayettes have dominated in this series winning the last 11 matchups.  Tunink was excellent in the 5 inning game.  She scattered 2 hits, struck out 5, and picked up the win.  It was a team effort on offense.  They would score two in the first, six in the second, one in the fourth,  and one in the fifth.  Karagyn Whelchel, Kalley Whelchel, Lily Myers, and Cate Erickson each had two hits.  Perry is now 4-7 and 4-4 in Heart of Iowa Conference games.

The offense will try to stay hot as the Jayettes make the trip to Story City tonight to take on Roland-Story.  Perry fell earlier this season to the Norsemen 13-7.  First pitch is scheduled for 7:30P
