University of Northern Iowa track & field standout Carter Morton from Jefferson and Greene County’s head football coach Caden Duncan, who is also in charge of strength and conditioning for all Ram athletes, male and female, are the guests on tonight’s PM Sports Magazine, KG98 Edition. Morton had ankle surgery last November and competed June 1-2 in a decathlon in Texas, his first competition in a year, where he finished in second place. He was the Missouri Valley Conference Outstanding Performer indoors and outdoors in 2023, and still has two years of eligibility remaining for the Panthers.

Duncan talks about the Rams’ strength and conditioning program, as well as football workouts, which got underway last week.
