Unofficial results for the 2024 Primary Elections for Guthrie and Adair Counties are in.

There were two seats up for grabs on the Guthrie County Board of Supervisors, along with the Guthrie County Auditor and Sheriff seats, none of which were contested. For the Republican side, Supervisor for District Two Brian Johnson and Supervisor for District Five Mike Dickson, along with Auditor Dani Fink will be up for reelection, while Matt Harmann is running for Sheriff. On the Democratic side, Sheriff Marty Arganbright is running for reelection.

In Adair County, there were also no contested races for County seats, with all candidates coming from the Republican Party. Matt Wedemeyer is running for District One, Jerry Walker is running for District Three and Michael Christofferson is running for District Five. Adair County Sheriff Jeff Vandewater filed for reelection, and Kelly Mitchell is running for the vacant County Recorder seat.

Looking at state and US offices, Republican Zach Nunn and Democrat Lanon Baccam will face off in the general election for US Representative for District Three, with Democrat Melissa Vine falling to Baccam in the Democratic Primary (19,355 to 3,642). For State Senator in District 12 incumbent Republican Amy Sinclair and Democrat Nicole Loew will face each other, while State Senator for District 24 sees incumbent Republican Jesse Green and Democrat Margaret Liston going head to head in the general election.

For State Representative for District 23, incumbent Republican Ray Bubba Sorensen and Democrat Karen Varley are competing for the spot, while for District 47 incumbent Republican Carter Nordman is running in the general election. The Board of Supervisors for both Adiar and Guthrie Counties will canvass the votes of their respective counties at their next meeting, making these results official.
