The June Primaries occurred on June 4th and the Dallas County Board of Supervisors will count the final votes at Tuesday’s meeting.
The board will be canvassing the primary election votes as well as receive a post election audit during the meeting. Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a construction manager at risk selection recommendation for the capital court building in Adel, an update from the Secondary Roads Department, resolutions to abate mobile home taxes and a military exemption reimbursement, and a human services campus emergency operations center audio visual upgrades.
Additional items on the agenda up for approval include board appointments, a planning and development department workshop, along with a public hearing at 9:30am for the first reading of chapter 21 for the emergency management service ordinance. The meeting will be held Tuesday morning at 9am at the board of supervisors meeting room, 902 Court Street, in Adel.
