The City of Jefferson has a couple of reminders for residents.

Public Works Director Dave Morlan says cemetery cleanup will happen this coming Monday and Tuesday for the city cemetery and the St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery. Items that are not in a permanent vase will be removed after those dates by city crews.

Morlan adds another reminder is that city crews will continue spraying for mosquitoes every Tuesday and Thursday evenings, weather permitting.
