Caden Duncan is a physical education instructor, head football coach, and strength and conditioning coordinator for the Greene County school district. The summer program is underway and he talked with Raccoon Valley Radio about the increase in the number of girls lifting weights this Summer. “Today, it’s a lot more closer to being balanced. When I first started in 2019 there were very few girls lifting weights. We were happy if 10 girls showed up. Our first day this year we had 35 girls in there, and that doesn’t count junior high.”

In addition to weight lifting, the Rams are also doing conditioning, and once a week football players have a workout where they are allowed to have footballs and work on the playbook in shirts, shorts, and shoes.
