
Tomorrow starts the Summer Food Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Fun program for June in Guthrie Center.
STEM projects will be from 10:30-11:15am Tuesday through Thursday during June, with lunch served free to children 18 years or younger from 11:15am to 12:15pm. Children younger than eight will need an adult with them. Guthrie Center Elementary will be the location for all events, and several groups will participate in the STEM portion of the program. Those organizations include Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, Peoples Bank, Adair – Casey / Guthrie Center FFA, Guthrie County Farm Bureau, Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office, Guthrie County Master Gardeners and Guthrie County 4-H.
