Majok Kurcheck, age 19, 1052 SE Mapleleaf Lane, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Eugene Kabamba, Johnston, was driving I80 near the 116 mile marker, when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $8000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
