The school year has ended for the school districts in Guthrie County.
Adair – Casey / Guthrie Center Superintendent Josh Rasmussen says that the 2023-24 year was good for the district, with recognition coming to students for academic and athletic success, along with fine arts performances. He shares with Raccoon Valley Radio about the excitement of seeing the senior class move to the next part of their lives.
“Kind of take that next step in their lives and continue their careers. Whether that’s in education, or in the career world and in the workforce. So just a great ending to a great year.”
Rasmussen also mentioned that May is School Board Appreciation Month, and that he and the other faculty members of AC/GC are thankful for all that the Adair – Casey and Guthrie Center School Boards do to help them in their endeavors to teach and care for their students.
