The Guthrie County Art Council looks to celebrate a decade of the Guthrie County Freedom Rock.

The Art Council says that the celebration will begin Saturday at 1:30pm with a musical performance by Dale Menning and the Stardusters. After that, they will have guest speaker and Retired Navy Strike Fighter Commander Brick Imerman, author of the book, “Soldiers of the Freedom Rock.” Once the ceremony is over, the Art Council will provide refreshments for those in attendance.
