The Perry baseball team faces another challenging week as they return from the holiday with a road trip to Adel tonight for a non-conference game with ADM.  Perry enters the night following back to back wins over both Madrid and South Hamilton.

Perry fought back from an early deficit last Thursday night to defeat Madrid 6-5.  Drake Levan tossed the complete game, allowing only one earned run while scattering nine hits while picking up the victory.  The Bluejays grabbed the lead with a pair of runs in both the fifth and sixth innings.  Reid Iben delivered a clutch pinch hit RBI single while Kaelan Davis and Geren Kenney followed with RBI hits.  Owen Myers led the offensive charge with four hits and finished a home run away from hitting for the cycle.

Myers continued his hot hitting Friday night leading Perry to a 7-1 home win over South Hamilton.  Myers finished with three more hits including a pair of doubles to pace the offense.  The Bluejays scored all seven of their runs in the bottom of the fourth inning.  Myers was dominant on the mound as well, tossing a complete game surrendering just four hits to go along with a season high nine strikeouts.

Perry enters tonight’s matchup with a 3-3 mark and will host PCM tomorrow night and travel to Saydel Friday night.
