The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Boys Soccer team concluded the 2024 season on May 22nd, losing in the Class 3A-4 Championship.

The Tigers were one game away from qualifying for the state tournament, but fell short in the 3A-4 Championship to Cedar Rapids Washington. ADM was 15-2 on the season (7-1 in the Raccoon River Conference) behind the undefeated Gilbert Tigers. ADM’s Senior Peyton Meier led the team with 17 goals, followed by Senior Carson Kay and Sophomore Cael Orban with eight a piece. Senior Hubie Chaplin had the best shot on goal percentage (67%), while Orban led the Tigers in assists with eight.

Junior Goalie Owen Evans took the brunt of the work for ADM, allowing five goals and tallied 50 saves, while Senior Skyler Hammers allowed four goals and had six saves. The Tigers graduate Meier, Kay, Chaplin, Hammers, Mason Tollari, Tom Hook, Rhylan Stine-Smith, Owen Kirk, Chase Simons, Jacob Joyce, and Hunter Landphair.
