Perry soccer has accomplished three goals they had before the season even started.  Win Conference.  Check.  Favorable draw and host playoffs.  Check.  Return to the State Tournament.  Check.  The Bluejays swept all the teams in the Heart of Iowa Conference and took the conference crown.  They earned the one seed and hosted 2 playoff games in their Substate region.  Then, they won those games to punch their ticket to Des Moines.

Next up for Perry is Decorah.  Decorah earned the 3 seed of the final 8 teams remaining.  The Vikings are 15-3 and just beat Central Dewitt 3-0.  Perry will face them as the 6 seed.  James W Cownie Soccer Park will host the quarterfinal matchup.  The Bluejays will be on Field 7 with kickoff scheduled at 1:20P on Wednesday, May 29th and the contest will air on KDLS.
