Iowa State Auditor Rob Sand recently released an agreed-upon procedures report for the City of Casey.

Sand reported five findings related to the receipt and disbursement of taxpayer funds for the period July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. The findings address issues like lack of segregation of duties, journal entries not reviewed and approved and the lack of written policies related to the City’s credit card and gas card.
