There are two more Java and Juice programs coming up in Jefferson.
Jefferson Matters Executive Director Matt Wetrich says tomorrow Java and Juice will take place at 9:30am at Jefferson City Hall and the program will mainly focus on information regarding recycling changes in Jefferson.
“It’s single stream, which means you don’t have to separate your recyclables out anymore. And you’re going to get your own green bin, it’ll be similar to your blue bin that goes to your curb. Toss that all in there. It’ll still be every other week for now, and just roll it out to the curb.”
Wetrich notes that next Friday’s Java and Juice will be at Thomas Jefferson Gardens with the Bell Tower Festival committee that is headed up by Phillip Heisterkamp.
“The meat and potatoes behind what makes the Bell Tower Festival go. The group that’s really brought that back here the last few years and made it something really exciting, and all the fun things we’re having going on.”
Next Friday’s Java and Juice is also at 9:30am and every Java and Juice is free and open to the public.
