The second quarter meeting for a local Perry organization was held Monday to raise close to $6,000.

100+ People for Perry held its second quarterly meeting on Monday at Hotel Pattee as members help support the Perry School Foundation of “The Bluejay Way ” Sculpture Project. According to a press release, the Perry project relates to the design, creation, painting, and installation of new Bluejay sculptures that will be located at Perry Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. 

The organization gave a $5,800 donation to the Perry Bluejay project. 100+ People for Perry announces that in nine years, the group has now pledged $233,900 to 34 local non-profits projects. The third quarterly meeting will be held on August 26th at Hotel Pattee at 7pm.
