Mother Nature pushed the start of the baseball season back one day for the Bluejays. Last night there was no rain, but plenty of thunder as Grandview Christian beat Perry 13-4. The Thunder offense roared to 6 runs in the first and 5 runs in the third. Perry would score their 4 runs in the third. GVC added an additional run in the sixth and seventh. Perry mustered just three hits in the game. The defense let them down with 4 errors. Levan took the loss as he couldn’t get out of the second inning.
The Bluejays now sit at 0-1 and return to action Thursday night at Ogden. First Pitch is 7P.
