6:27am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Neola Avenue near 280th Street.

6:58am: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on J Avenue near 200th Street.

10:00am: Anthony Harris-Evans 30 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

3:45pm: Devin Hackfort 27 of Paton was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

9:28pm: A deputy removed car parts from the roadway on 235th Street near R Avenue.

Saturday, May 11th

4:51am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

12:04pm: A deputy investigated an illegal dumping complaint in the 800 block of 2nd Street, Grand Junction.

12:15pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on U Avenue and 150th Street. Larry Teeples 82 of Jefferson struck a railroad crossing arm that was down in a 2019 Ford F150. The estimated damage to the F150 is 2,000 dollars. The estimated damage to the crossing arm is 500 dollars. The crossing arms were malfunctioning at the time of the accident.

2:01pm: A deputy investigated a fire in the 600 block of X Avenue. The fire was an unreported controlled burn.

3:51pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Main Street, Grand Junction.

9:17pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on B Avenue and 270th Street.

9:25pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 290th Street near A Avenue.

9:43pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person on U Avenue near 310th Street.

10:28pm: A deputy investigated a fireworks complaint in the 300 block of South 8th Street, Grand Junction.

Sunday, May 12th

12:10am: A deputy investigated an assault in the 700 block of South 9th Street, Grand Junction.

8:12am: A deputy received a request for a welfare check in Ogden. The Boone County Sheriff’s Office was notified of the request.

3:04pm: A deputy assisted the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office with a two-vehicle head on accident on 330th Street near A Avenue.

5:10pm: A deputy assisted with traffic control in the 800 block of 100th Street for a controlled burn.

6:32pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 13th Street and Bennett Street, Grand Junction.

8:24pm: A deputy investigated a trespassing complaint in the 600 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction.

9:31pm: The Sheriff and deputies assisted Grand Junction Rescue and Greene County Ambulance with a medical call in the 300 block of 3rd Street, Rippey.

Monday, May 13th

7:54am: A deputy assisted with a medical call on 240th Street and S Avenue.

7:54am: A deputy investigated a complaint of an animal being mutilated on the bike trail near 320th Street.

1:40pm: A deputy investigated a dog complaint in the 900 block of Main Street, Scranton.

2:38pm: Keri Moore 50 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for theft 5th degree.

4:14pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 800 block of Percival Street, Grand Junction.

8:18pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on N Avenue near 130th Street.

8:39pm: A deputy investigated a reported fire near 220th Street and Oakland Avenue. The fire was an unreported controlled burn.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
