The 2024 baseball season is underway for Adel-DeSoto-Minburn, as Raccoon Valley Radio will carry the first broadcast tonight.

The Tigers finished the 2023 season in second in the Raccoon River Conference with an overall record of 23-9 (12-4 RRC). ADM graduated 10 seniors from last year’s team. The 2024 team features four seniors, four juniors, three sophomores, and five freshmen. Head Coach Jason Book will be back at the helm.

Raccoon Valley Radio will be broadcast three games this week, beginning tonight against Dowling Catholic. The game tonight will be played in Adel at 7pm, then tomorrow the Tigers will be on the road tomorrow in Van Meter with a Friday doubleheader versus Waukee Northwest (we will only broadcast the first game). All the games will be on KKRF K107.9.
