Chad Menz, age 42, 1191 W 16th Ave, Pella, was arrested on a warrant for Mittimus.

Jennifer Bolfik, age 43, 360 9th St, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Unlawful Possession Of Prescription Drugs.
