Yesterday two AC/GC Charger seniors made the decision on continuing their academic and athletic careers.

Lance Bunde and Andrew Mahaffey both signed their National Letters of Intent to attend Central College in Pella. Bunde will be competing for both the track and field team and basketball teams for the Dutch, while Mahaffey will be competing for the cross country and track and field teams according to AD Taylor Morris.

Both seniors have been strong leaders on the teams they’ve been a part of for the Chargers, with Bunde participating in soccer, golf, basketball, cross country, track and field and baseball. Mahaffey has participated in cross country, track and field, and baseball. Both have also participated in the fine arts as well, including band and large group speech.
