The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will hear some updates pertaining to the new administration building at tomorrow’s meeting.

The administration building project will be presented with a construction update, a contingency update with a presentation of a display case. Other items on the agenda seeking approval include discussion of the criminal court building, a right of way purchase agreement and a resolution for the City of Grimes and City of Urbandale Joint Agreement for the Secondary Roads Department, and a Bolton & Menk Drainage Watchman Services Agreement.

Additional items feature a resolution to rename 150th street, a sheriff’s vehicle purchase request, a resolution for a weed notice, a Heart of Iowa Community Services 28E Agreement, discussion on the Greater Dallas County Development Alliance Golf Outing, and setting a public hearing for the fiscal year 2024 budget amendment. 

The meeting is set to take place tomorrow morning at 9am at the Board of Supervisors meeting room, 902 Court Street, in Adel.
