Arrest: Joshua john Ungs, age 39, 2811 Warford, Perry was arrested on a Dallas County Warrant, Perry’s original charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) 3rd offense, burglary 3rd degree, theft of lottery tickets, theft 4th degree, theft 5th degree, interference with official acts, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) 3rd offense.

Arrest: Seth Blitz, age 32, 1616 3rd St., Perry was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear, original charge harassment 1st degree.

Officers responded to Perry Athletic fields on a report of a burglary to the concession building. Case under investigation.

Officers responded to the 400 block of 12th St., on a report of a burglary. Case under investigation.
