The Adel Partners Chamber is hosting an event tonight that honors local businesses.

The chamber is holding their annual “Celebrate This is Adel” event tonight from 5-7pm at the County Lane Lodge, 29300 Prospect Circle, in Adel. According to Chamber Director Deb Bengston, 14 vendors will be available to sample a variety of foods. She emphasizes that the event is open to the public, but geared towards Adel business members.

“The public can come if they want to, but it’s really targeted for our annual reception for our members to come and network, and get to know each other.”

Bengston notes that the chamber will spend half an hour going over their future projects, followed by awarding the Citizen of the Year and Business of the Year. Tickets start at $35 for single entry and can be purchased at the door. Raccoon Valley Radio will have a recap of tonight’s event in tomorrow’s broadcast.
