The West Central Valley boys soccer team fought valiantly but unfortunately fell to the Van Meter Bulldogs last night in a close match up, ending 1-0 in favor of the Bulldogs. This marks the first loss for the Wildcats this season, as coach Boss has lead his Wildcats to tremendous success so far this season out on the pitch. Coach Boss had this to say about yesterday’s loss, “these are two good teams that were giving it their best efforts in crazy wind gusts. Good, physical fights from both squads, and we look forward to hopefully playing them again in the postseason.”
