The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Soccer teams find an offensive rhythm on Friday to advance past Carroll.
It was the battle of the Tigers on Friday as ADM got the best of Carroll, winning the girls game by a final score of 10-0. ADM found a rhythm early, leading 9-0 at the half. Junior Josi Dufoe had two goals, and an assist, with Junior Goalie Kathryn Ransom making the one save for ADM.
For the boys, ADM led 1-0 at the half then added three more in the second to win 4-0. Sophomore Wyatt Forret tallied one goal, Senior Rhylan Stine-Smith had an assist and four shots on goal, with Junior Goalie Owen Evans making one save.
The girls are now 3-5 overall (0-2 inside the Raccoon River Conference), and will play Des Moines Christian at Mediacom Stadium tonight at 7:30pm. The boys improve to 7-1 overall (2-1 RRC) and play at Winterset on Thursday.
