Stuart Economic Development and Midwest Partnership have partnered for an event for women entrepreneurs.

Midwest Partnership Executive Director Brenda Dudley says that the EmpowerHer Summit will be April 24th at the Saints Center in Stuart. Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) Director Debi Durham will be the guest speaker, and lead a panel discussion to showcase the local success of women entrepreneurs. Those that attend will be able to gain valuable skills and resources, along with learning about Iowa resources available to Iowa entrepreneurs, and network with like minded individuals. Doors will open at 5:30pm, with the event to take place from 6-8pm.
