The AC/GC Chargers golf teams were in action Thursday.

The girls team secured a 3rd place finish with 263 strokes, while the boys also came in 3rd, with 189 strokes. For the girls, Jacie Baker tied for eighth with 59 strokes, while Ava Sneller took 11th with 63 and Lucy Knutter nabbed 12th with 64, and Allie DeWitt tied for 15th with 77 strokes. On the boys side, Bo Arrasmith tied for 9th with 43 strokes, while Casey Young tied for 13th with 46. Tegan Slaybaugh tied for 17th with 49 strokes, and Noah Kading came in 20th with 51, while Jonathan Martinez secured 21st with 52 strokes and Chase Slaybaugh grabbed 24th with 58.

The boys team is back in action today as they make the short trip to Panora for the Hal Rossow Invite at the Lake Panorama National Golf Course. The team will see some familiar faces in Audubon, Coon Rapids-Bayard, Interstate 35, Panorama and West Central Valley. The meet starts at 9:30am.
