Apr 15:

Officers responded to the 2600 block of Willis Ave on a report of an assault. Upon arrival it was found no assault took place.

Arrest: Elizabeth Amaya, age 21, 2313 Otley Ave, Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) 2nd offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and drug tax stamp violation.

Arrest: Jose Armando Guerrero, age 26, 626 2nd St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) 2nd offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and drug tax stamp violation.

Apr 16:

Arrest: Jenna Mae Mischke, age 23, 802 W Lincoln Way Dr., Jefferson, IA was taken into custody and charged with theft 5th degree.

Apr 17:

Officers responded to the 1200 block of 18th St on a report of an assault. Suspect taken into custody. Arrest: A 17 years of age male from Perry was taken into custody and charged with simple assault. Arrest: Swinton Tarkij, age 19, 3307 McKinley, Perry, IA was taken into custody and charged with operating while intoxicated 1st offense, disorderly conduct, harassment 1 degree, public intoxication, interference with official acts, and underage possession of alcohol.

Arrest: Jacob Keith Bullock, age 45, 1909 Warford, Perry was taken into custody and charged with domestic abuse assault 1st offense, and child endangerment.
