Jason Lippold, Underwood, was driving on I80 near the 104 mile marker, when he lost control and collided with the cable barriers.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000.

April 17

Cheryl Osborn, age 49, 2444 N. 4th Ave W, Newton, was arrested for Two counts of Possession Of Controlled Substance, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession Of Prescription Drugs.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
