The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Boys Golf team had a good battle, but fell short against Gilbert in Ames.

ADM shot 306 strokes, while Gilbert finished with 292. For the Tigers, Senior Grant Hickey shot an 85, Senior Finn Garton a 79, Senior Easton Korell (78), Senior Lincoln Banwart (78), Junior Grant Jansen (77), and Junior Carter Madison finished in a three-way tie for second, shooting a 73.

ADM will compete next at the Perry Golf & Country Club on Saturday, starting at 8:30am.
