Obert Delius, Orlando, FL, was parked at the Tyson plant in Perry overnight while he worked.  When he came out, there was damage to his parked vehicle by an unknown subject.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1200.  The vehicle was able to be driven away.

April 12

Alex Veach, Dallas Center, was driving in the 22000 block of Hwy 44, when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1500.  The vehicle was able to be driven away from the scene.

April 13

Tshombe Womack, age 20, 860 S 68th St, West Des Moines, was arrested on 2 warrants for Failure To Appear.  The original charges were Violation Of Probation and Possession Of Controlled Substance.

Lyle Crawford, age 38, 11 Eleanor Dr, Ottumwa, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

April 14

Pedro Sanchez, age 32, no address given, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation.

April 15

Eddie Williams, age 38, 3514 Ontario St, Ames, was arrested for Open Container and Possession Of Controlled Substance.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
