Grand View Christian (Des Moines) was a 6-0 high school girls’ soccer winner on Thursday in very windy conditions vs. Greene County at Linduska Field in Jefferson. GVC improved to 4-2 on the season while the Rams are 0-5.

Playing for the third time in four days, Greene County gave up three goals in each half to the Thunder, while goal scoring continues to be an issue for the Rams with just one goal in five matches. Coach Maribel Hernandez will have her team at home again on Tuesday, April 16 vs. Van Meter.
