William Stark, age 92, 925 Lyon St, Dexter, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

April 12

Joshua Shull, age 45, 1412 Linden Circle, Adel, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  He was also cited for Failure To Obey Traffic Control Device.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
