Francisco Mora, age 31, 1816 Warford St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Operating While Under The Influence.

Daniel Borunda, Levelland, TX, was driving in the 26000 block of Hwy 141 when he hit a deer.  There were no injuries reported and damage was estimated at $6000.  The vehicle was not drivable.

Jeremy Frame, age 25, 111 S. Main St, Woodward, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence,  Speeding, Open Container, and Dark Window or Windshield.

April 7

Brandon Evans, age 25, 1480 SE Bishop Dr, Waukee, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
