Today is the final day for the bids on the silent auction for an annual fundraiser in Jefferson.

The 7th Annual Bringing Optimism and Opportunities to Students and Teachers, (BOOST) Bash is a fundraiser that supports the staff and students in the Greene County School District. The event is later tonight, but the silent auction portion closes at 8pm. BOOST Member Matt Wetrich says there’s still if you want to bid on an item.

“The silent auction bidding is strictly online. So you can bid on your phone. It’s kind of similar to EBay stuff, you can set an alarm if someone outbids you, it’ll let you know. You can set up, ‘keep outbidding everybody up to this dollar amount’ whatever it is.”
