Arrest: Jason Weseley Ward, age 49, 1001 W 5th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, 3rd or subsequent (methamphetamine), and possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent (marijuana). Arrest: Lori Ann Avis, age 63, 1001 W 5th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.

Apr 4:

Arrest: Billy Dean Devilbiss, age 40, 204 Lucinda, Perry was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear, original charge driving while barred.
Arrest: Angel Martin Ibarra, age 26, 2406 Evelyn, Perry was arrested on a Guthrie County warrant for stalking, violation of a protective order.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
