Billy Devilbiss, age 40, 204 Lucinda, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While Barred.

Christian Ferkin, age 29, 8978 Copper Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Kamaury Watson, age 26, 14 E. Kenyon Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Eluding and Possession Of Controlled Substance.

Austin Swigart, age 34, 1919 Warford St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Anne Cummings, age 55, 24645 N. 117th St, Scottsdale, Az, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Ronald Calovini, Grimes, was driving west in the 30000 block of Hwy 44 when he hit a deer.  It sent the deer into an eastbound vehicle driven by Anne Davenport, Dallas Center.  The result was two vehicles damaged by one deer.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Calovini’s car was estimated at $1000.  Damage to Ms. Davenport’s car was estimated at $400.  Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
