Arrest: Behenzin Nucord Bridges, age 38, 2939 Kading Rd, Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.

Accident:
Unit 1 white 2020 Ford Fusion, registered to James E Calvin, 3820 Boudinot Ave, Cincinnati, OH, driven by Destynie Ortiz, 310 7th St., Perry, IA.
Unit 2 white 2022 Chevrolet Colorado Pick up registered to USIC Locating Services, LLC 1933 Westridge Dr., Irving, TX registered and driven by Tylor Terrelle Kitts, 8214 Twana Drive, Urbandale, Iowa.
Unit 1 was traveling southbound on 8th St at the Highway 141 intersection and failed to yield. Unit 1 was then struck by unit 2. Total estimated damages $8000. Driver of unit 1 was cited for failure to yield at a yield sign.
Officers responded to the 800 block of 18th St., on a report of a domestic dispute. Verbal dispute, offending party was asked to leave.

Arrest: Paige Leigh McCarty, age 36, 1320 1st St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance 1st offense (marijuana), possession of a controlled substance, 1st 2nd or 3rd offense, (methamphetamine), and interference with official acts.

Arrest: Christina Marie Lachner, age 41, 1606 5th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury 1st offense.

Arrest: Paige Leigh McCarty, age 36, 1302 1st Ave, Perry was arrested on a Dallas County Warrant for probation violation.

Officers responded to the 600 block of 10th St on a report of a disorderly subject. Subject was asked to leave and if they returned, they would be charged. No further issues.
